Our Forever Fit Bootcamp is unlike any women’s only fitness class you’ve experienced before. Chelsea Muncy leads this class and it’s so much more than random exercises thrown together to make it feel tough. Chelsea is one of the area’s leading experts in women’s health and has a lot of experience working with women, meeting them where they are and helping them improve their lives through fitness.
