Our Forever Fit Bootcamp is unlike any women’s only fitness class that you’ve experienced before. Our owner Chelsea Muncy leads this class and it’s so much more than random exercises thrown together to make it feel tough. Chelsea is one of the area’s leading experts in women’s health physical therapy and has a lot of experience working with women, meeting them where they are and helping them improve their fitness. We just started this bootcamp class in early 2021 and already have a ton of success stories from all the women who’ve stuck with it.
