Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2010 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from the University of Dayton. She has worked in outpatient physical therapy in which she has a wide clinical skill set. She then became specialized in women’s health and has been treating this population for the past 6 years. She also has training in Visceral Manipulation that is used in her clinical practice and she has experience in treating the pregnancy population from pre-pregnancy through post-partum and helps patients to safely return to exercise at all levels. Kate is a wife and mother to 2 young boys and they love doing anything outdoors together including hiking, biking, swimming. Growing up as an athlete, and now being an active mom, she knows the importance of pre-hab and re-hab and is passionate about helping clients in all aspects of life.
Chelsea is a University of Dayton grad as well as a certified Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio. She’s also an experienced CrossFit coach and competitive athlete. Chelsea has a vast amount of practical knowledge in regards to all kinds of physical therapy but specializes in women’s health. Over the years, Chelsea has acquired experience in the field working for Dayton Orthopedics, Beacon Orthopedics, as well as Mobility Fit Physical Therapy and is thankful for all those opportunities to learn and improve. She’s also a hard working boy mom who values spending time with family above everything else. Chelsea owns the business along with her husband Matt and they’re committed to providing the best care possible with a friendly, personal touch.
