Results take time, but if you’re consistent, you will begin to notice them immediately. Most of our programs have a minimum three month initial commitment because we know from experience that it takes about that long to really show some drastic results.
Yes of course. That's one of our absolute favorite things about what we do. There have been so many close, lifelong friendships developed at our gym that might not have otherwise happened.
We are the longest continuously owned box style gym in Dayton, going on 15 years in business. We started small and grew our business slowly and sustainably to what it is today.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Normal work out attire and your own personal beverage if you'd like, we do have a drinking fountain. You can also bring a towel and change of clothes if you'd like to use the showers and get cleaned up post workout.
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a program that is right for you. We will meet you where you are at and gradually challenge you more and more to reach your goals, whatever they may be.

You can expect to move your body first and then to gradually progress and lift weights from there. Every class or session will be well organized, and you'll be lead through it by professional coaches with energy and enthusiasm.
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
